Disappointed with customer service? You didn’t even contact our customer service… You just go straight to 1 star review…🤷♂️
When you buy them you see we take them from the fridge. It’s a fresh product. It also says clearly on the packaging that they should be kept cool. And even in the printed instructions that we give you in on of 21 languages to choose from. 🤓
However.. even though this is clearly your own mistake, we have a 100% satisfaction guarantee.. So please contact us on what’s app (see google) so we can send you some new ones free of charge. 😇
